Your first visits, step by step
  1. Initial Evaluation (60–90 min). We review history, strengths, and goals. Together we identify priority concerns and desired outcomes. We begin with the end in mind, to keep you moving forward.
  2. Collaborative Plan. A clear plan is developed during the initial evaluation, including session frequency and therapeutic approaches.
  3. Active Treatment. Sessions focus on skill-building, insight, and practice between sessions. We adjust as needs evolve.
  4. Progress Reviews. We monitor progress, reduce barriers, and celebrate wins. Structured discharge planning promotes continuity of gains.
