Your first visits, step by step- Initial Evaluation (60–90 min). We review history, strengths, and goals. Together we identify priority concerns and desired outcomes. We begin with the end in mind, to keep you moving forward.
- Collaborative Plan. A clear plan is developed during the initial evaluation, including session frequency and therapeutic approaches.
- Active Treatment. Sessions focus on skill-building, insight, and practice between sessions. We adjust as needs evolve.
- Progress Reviews. We monitor progress, reduce barriers, and celebrate wins. Structured discharge planning promotes continuity of gains.
